These apartments are the result of a magnificent restoration of a 19th century house, built on the arcades of the oldest commercial district in the 15Th and 16TH Centuries, the famous “Gradas” –Stand-, mentioned by the universal writer “Cervantes”. This street became mostly frequented by German traders.
With the highest quality, design and comfort, the apartments combine sober, elegant and personalized decoration.
All the furniture, with the exception of the Italian sofa beds, has been specifically designed for these apartments; the carpets are authentic Ziegler Pakistani Carpets; the marble floor from Almería and the ceramics of the old house that has been used in the lobby and the stairs of the house.
