MARISCAL APARTMENTS

These apartments are in the wonderful city of Seville, in a typical andalusian house with a central courtyard built in 1.898 and fully restored.  The situation is right in the heart of the Barrio de Santa Cruz district, "calle Mariscal nº 4", located in a narrow pedestrian street, next to the "Jardines de Murillo" -Murillo gardens-, "Reales Alcázares" and a five minutes walk to "La Giralda" -the Cathedral-. Santa Cruz is the most representative neighbourhood in Seville, with narrow alleys, winding streets, little plazas (squares) and orange trees.  There is a fine selection of tapas bars and restaurants, that offer a wide variety of Mediterranean food in a lovely atmosphere.    

The house has 6 individual apartments in total; they are fully equipped and have free Wifi Internet, to feel like at home.  

Apartment nº 1: This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house.  The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and the living room with a double sofa-bed.   The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room.  This apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

Apartment nº 2: This apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house.  The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a large sofa-bed and an en-suite small bathroom.   The main bathroom is not in the  bedroom.   The dining room is cozy and nicely furnished.  The comfortable sofa-bed in the living room is right beside the french windows that open out onto a very small patio, with table and two chairs.  The fully equipped kitchen is separate.  This apartment can sleep up to six people.

Apartment nº 3: This apartment is situated on the first floor of the house (with elevator).  The apartment has one bedroom with balcony and double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed.   The kitchen is open to the living room and has a balcony to the central courtyard of the house.  

Apartment nº 4: This apartment is situated on the first floor of the house (with elevator).  This apartment has two bedrooms with  double beds.  The main bedroom has two balconies to Mariscal street and a bathroom en-suite.  The other bathroom is beside the second bedroom.  The fully equipped kitchen is separate.  This apartment can sleep up to six people.

Apartment nº 5: This apartment is situated on the top floor of the house –with elevator-.  The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a balcony to the central courtyard.   The kitchen is open to the living room.  The bedroom has high sloped ceiling, which gives it a charming atmosphere.  This apartment can sleep up to 4 people.

Apartment nº 6: This apartment is situated on the top floor of the house –with elevator-.  The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed.  This apartment has one bathroom with bath and one toilet.   The living room has high sloped ceiling, which gives it a charming atmosphere. The kitchen is open to the living room.  This apartment can sleep up to six people.
