La Posada del Olivar

 Beautiful apartments in a fully restored house of the XVIII Century.   The village “El Olivar” resist the passage of time, preserving an unique architecture in stone and wood; the situation of the village is privileged and it is only 90 kilometers away from Madrid and Barajas airport.

 The four independent apartments that form this property are the result of a magnificient restoration.  These apartments preserve the original materials of the house that combined with a selected decoration gives an exceptional comfort and character.   Each spacious apartment at La Posada del Olivar is decorated in light colours and features exposed stone walls and wooden furnishings. There is a large living area with a flat-screen TV, and either a kitchen or a kitchenette with an oven, microwave, fridge and electric hob. Guests receive juice, milk, coffee, tea, bread and oil on arrival. Firewood is also provided.

 Apartment nº 1: this spacious apartment is decorated in colours and features exposed stone walls and wooden furnishings. There is a double bedroom -King Size bed-, and a large living area with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace. The kitchenette comes with an oven, fridge and electric hob.   Thi apartment can sleep up to 2 people.

 Apartment nº 2: featuring a bright, furnished and a 50 square meters private patio, this spacious apartment is decorated in light colours and features exposed stone walls and wooden furnishings. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a chill-out zone and a large living area with a flat-screen TV. The comfortable sofa in the living room –with fireplace!- becomes a double sofa-bed.   There are 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.  The kitchen comes with an oven, microwave, fridge and electric hob.  This apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

Apartment nº 3: this spacious apartment is decorated in light colours and features exposed stone walls and wooden furnishings.  The main bedroom has a double King Size bed and a bathroom en-suite.   The second bedroom has two single beds.  The large second bathroom is besides the 2nd bedroom.   The large living area has flat-screen TV, fireplace and a comfortable sofa-bed. The kitchenette comes with an oven, microwave, fridge and electric hob. This apartment can sleep up to 6 people.

 Apartment nº 4: featuring a terrace with views of Olivar's main square, this duplex- apartment has a large seating area with fireplace, a comfortable sofa-bed, two balconies and a well-equipped kitchenette. The main bedroom has a double bed with a balcony and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds with a private terrace.  This apartment can sleep up to 6 people.
